Do you relate to any one of these?

  • Are you an entrepreneur or small business owner who loves what you do, but doesn’t love having to sell your product or service?

  • Are you part of a team where you have to wear many hats, but your least favorite hat is the sales one?

  • Are you in sales because you like the income and the schedule but feel a bit burned out with what you do?

In a survey by online career database PayScale, a sales account manager was ranked as the second most stressful job, with 73 percent of respondents rating the role as "highly stressful." Salespeople are under a lot of pressure to meet quotas, convert quickly, and keep approval rankings high.

How much more stress is it for you if it’s not what you love to do?

According to a post mortem survey asking why start-ups fail, about half are related to sales (no money, poor marketing, etc). Also topping the list of what entrepreneurs worry about is business growth. Making sales is great when customers are buying, but the process of reaching out and doing what I had a manager once call, the ‘monkey business’ can be stressful.

These might sound familiar:

  • Your business isn’t growing as much as you’d like.

  • You, or your team may be feeling the stress.

  • Your goals may be stagnating.

Trust me, I understand. I’ve have been in all of these situations.

Yet, I have made a fulfilling career out of sales and it has helped me grow my speaking business faster than I could have without this knowledge and experience.

How?

That’s what this book will teach you.

If you answered yes to just one of the above questions, this is for you.

It is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and non-sales people. It is also for those who might need a fresh look at full time sales.
